Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver birthday cakes across Singapore?
Yes – we deliver 7 days a week between 9am and 7pm, to homes, offices and party venues. Delivery is $8.90 and free above $250; orders under $60 carry a $29.90 delivery charge. Pickup at 34 Arab Street is free.
How far in advance should I order a birthday cake?
Our cakes take 3 days to prepare, and you can order up to 60 days ahead for a set date. Need a cake sooner? ATD Express offers same-day delivery.
What size birthday cake do I need?
Most cakes come in 5" (serves 4–6), 7" (8–10), 9" (12–14) and 12" (26–28). Cut buffet-style, a 9" stretches to around 20. Each product page has a size guide.
Can I add a birthday message, candles or a topper?
Yes. Most cakes include a free piped message of up to 20 characters on a chocolate biscuit, plus free small or large candles. Gold candles ($3.90) and a Happy Birthday topper ($8.90) can be added at checkout.

Yes. Every celebration cake is MUIS halal-certified and made in our own halal kitchen.
Which birthday cakes can I choose from?
Layered cakes like Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate, Raspberry Pistachio, Black Forest, Lemon Cassis, Matcha Lychee and Empress Sponge; local favourite Ondeh Ondeh; three Tres Leches cakes; and two gluten-free sponges.
Do you have gluten-free birthday cakes?
Yes – the Berry Jammy Cake and the Totally Chocolate Sponge are both gluten-free. All our cakes contain dairy and eggs; check each product page for full ingredients.
Can I collect the cake myself?
Yes – pickup is free at our flagship store, 34 Arab Street in Kampung Gelam, between 9am and 9pm. Choose a pickup time at checkout.
How should I store the cake?
Keep it refrigerated and serve at room temperature; most cakes keep for 2 days chilled. Tres leches is best enjoyed within two hours of delivery.
Do you make custom or tiered cakes?
Not from this range – our celebration cakes have set designs, without fondant or character themes. For weddings we offer a bespoke tiered-cake service; see our Wedding Cakes page.
