Yes. All our mini buffet catering is MUIS halal certified and prepared in our own halal kitchen, so you can host any group with confidence.

What is the Chef-To-Go Mini Buffet, and how many people does it serve?

It's our most popular mini buffet — a made-to-order spread that serves 4–6 and arrives ready to serve. You choose the dishes yourself (see the next question), so everyone gets something they enjoy.

How do I choose the dishes in the Chef-To-Go Mini Buffet, and how many can I pick?

You build it course by course: choose from 4 dips, 3 salads, 4 mains, 3 carbs and 2 desserts. That's a whole lot of choice in a single order, so you can tailor the buffet exactly to your table.

Can I build my own buffet by ordering individual trays and sides?

Absolutely. Beyond the Chef-To-Go, you can order individual trays to build a bigger spread — mains like Lamb Madras, Harissa-Roasted Chicken Leg and Salmon Puttanesca, sides like Basmati Pilaf and Ratatouille, and desserts like the Toffee Apple Crumble.

Is there a vegetarian mini buffet option?

Yes — the Chef-To-Go Vegetarian Mini Buffet, plus vegetarian trays like Pumpkin & Lentil Curry, Ratatouille and Aglio Olio with Mushrooms if you'd like to build your own.

How is the mini buffet served — do you provide setup, serviceware or staff?

Every buffet arrives ready to serve, and biodegradable plates and cutlery are available as add-ons. For a fuller, staffed experience, our separate Set-up Catering service caters 12–120 guests with a 5–20 business-day lead time.

How many people do the buffet trays and platters serve?

The Chef-To-Go Mini Buffet serves 4–6, while individual trays and platters range from around 8–10 up to 12–16. Each product shows its serving size, so combine a few to match your headcount.

What are your delivery charges, and is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum order. Delivery is $8.90 up to $250 and free above $250; orders under $60 carry a $29.90 charge. Pickup is free at 34 Arab Street.

How far in advance should I order, and is same-day delivery available?

Everything is made fresh to order, so we ask for at least 3 days' notice, and you can order up to 60 days ahead. A growing selection is available same-day via ATD Express.

How should the buffet food be kept fresh, and when is it best served?

It's made fresh to order and best enjoyed within about 2 hours of delivery, so choose a delivery time close to your event. Each product page has a 'Storage and Serving tips' tab for more.
