FAQ - YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
We are upgrading to Shopify’s new customer account system, which provides a faster and more secure login experience. You will no longer need to remember a password! Instead, you’ll log in using a one-time email verification code.
Below you'll find answers to frequently asked questions with regards to the new Customer Accounts.
Why are you making this change?
The new system offers:
✅ Better security – No more passwords that can be forgotten or compromised.
✅ Faster login – Simply enter your email and receive a secure login code.
✅ Improved checkout experience – Seamless access to your order history and account details.
How do I log in to my account now?
Logging in is easy! Just follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to the Login Page.
You can also click on the 👤 icon in the menubar (desktop), or click on the 'Login' item under the mobile menu.
2️⃣ Enter your email address.
3️⃣ Check your email inbox for your one-time login code.
4️⃣ Enter the 6 digit code to access your account.
You won’t need to remember a password anymore! 🎉
What happens to my existing account?
Your account is still there! All your order history, saved addresses, and preferences remain intact. The only difference is how you log in – no more passwords!
I didn’t receive my login code. What should I do?
If you don’t see the email, try the following:
✔️ Check your spam or junk folder.
✔️ Wait a minute – sometimes, it takes a moment to arrive.
✔️ Ensure you’re entering the same email used for your previous orders.
✔️ If you still don’t receive it, contact us for help.
Can I still use my old password?
No, passwords are no longer used in the new system. Instead, you’ll receive a one-time login code via email every time you log in.
Can I log in with my phone number instead of email?
At the moment, login codes are sent only via email. Make sure you use the same email address associated with your past orders.
What if I want to update my email address?
If you need to change the email associated with your account, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist you.
Will this affect my rewards, or gift cards?
No, everything stays the same! Your loyalty points and gift cards will still be linked to your email address. You just log in differently now.
