The people have spoken. More than a hundred of Singapore's influential "cake tasters" walked into our Cake Showcase with high standards and left with one clear favourite.

Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate took the room. No split decision, no debate, just one cake all agreed on. Three layers of dark chocolate sponge, lashings of chocolate ganache and a sea salt caramel made the traditional French way, with unrefined sugar and the finest sea salt. Rich, dark and unapologetically indulgent.
