Pastry Chef

Full-time only

Open for Singaporeans and PR only.

We're looking for an energetic individual to fill the role of Pastry Chef with minimum 5 years in the F&B field. You are a leader who can lead a team forward. Communication is a key aspect of your job. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically-demanding environment. Experience of work in catering and central kitchen environment would be an advantage. This position is open to Singaporeans and PR.

  • To assist the Executive Chef in the bakery kitchen

  • Prepare and oversee orders to provide a great bread, cake and dessert experience to our clients
  • To execute recipes according to SOP and ensure quality and consistency is maintained to the standards
  • To train all junior staff in the methods and standards according to our SOPs.
  • Maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule for the team to follow.
  • Making sure to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Checking stock levels and ordering supplies

Working Hours:

  • 6 Days including weekends

Junior Baker

Full-time only

 We're looking for an energetic individual to fill the role of junior baker with 2-3 years in the F&B field. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically-demanding environment. Experience in a busy cafe is a must. This position is open to Singaporeans and PR.

Barista & Cafe All-rounder

Full-time & Part-time positions available

We're looking for a baristas and cafe all-rounders with or without experience. Training will be provided. You are responsible in creating a great coffee and beverage experience for our guests.As an ambassador of the brand, you provide warm, energetic, confident and competent service to our guests. This position is open to Singaporeans and PR.

Key Attributes:

  • Remarkable guest relation skills
  • Well-organised and a natural team player, communicating effectively with colleagues
  • Well-spoken with excellent telephone skills and impeccable English
  • Maintains high standards and is quality driven
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task

Responsibilities:

  • Daily calibration of machinery according to company's standards
  • Experience in texturing and pouring milk to create consistent quality coffees
  • Maintain, clean and take proper care of machinery
  • Create and suggest an exciting beverage menu and beverage presentation that appeals to customers
  • Besides manning the coffee machine, barista has to be versatile and man the till, take orders and serve food
  • Train junior staff
  • Complying with the bakery's service ethos and able to create a positive & welcoming impression for the bakery cafe
  • Responding to guests‚Äô feedback with empathy
  • Advising guests on menu choice, demonstrating impeccable product knowledge
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Checking stock levels
  • Helping in any area of the bakery when circumstances dictate
