How do I make a bulk or corporate order?
Do order at least 4 days in advance. We recommend 2 weeks notice for customised items - this is only a guide and will be subject to available slots.
I am interested in making a large order. Do you have a bulk or corporate discount?
As a special offer for our online store customers only, we include 9% GST on the prices displayed for all the products on this site. Orders placed via email or telephone which need to processed manually will NOT be entitled to this benefit.
What is the lead time required for a bulk order?
No, the prices do not include delivery fees. Our delivery fee starts from $14.90 per location. For Pick Up and Delivery FAQs, click here.
I have multiple locations to deliver to, can you help?
Our online store accepts credit and debit card payments. In-store payment options include cash, credit cards, AMEX, NETS and Grabpay.
Are you able to e-invoice us via Vendors@Gov or GeBiz?
Yes. However, a minimum order of $500 (not inclusive of delivery fees) is required. Do send us the information required upon confirmation so that we can raise the e-invoice once we have delivered the items.
