▶︎ Roasted Eggplant & Yogurt Dip (V) - just the thought of these two ingredients smashed together is making us drooooool!
▶︎ Charred Cauliflower with Za’atar, Yogurt & Olive Oil (V) - Beautifully charred cauliflower sprinkled with freshly made za’atar, a herby Middle Eastern spice blend containing the likes of oregano, thyme and sesame seeds on a bed of yoghurt with mint and extra virgin olive oil.

▶︎ Salmon Puttanesca - Transporting you to Napoli with this saucy salmon dish. Puttanesca is the perfect base for fish; made of crushed tomatoes with anchovies, kalamata olives, capers and fresh herbs.

Mel's Notes

This is our Chef-To-Go Mini Buffet with the two mains I would cook for people I want to impress: Lamb Madras and Salmon Puttanesca. Choose one. If you are familiar with our most popular Chef-To-Go mini buffet, you would know these as the PREMIUM mains. So that is exactly what we are naming it so everyone knows exactly where to go when they need the good stuff. Wink. 

The lamb is shoulder, cooked slowly for hours in South Indian spices until a fork is all you need. The salmon sits in a puttanesca of crushed tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers and anchovies, the kind of sauce you will want to mop up with the ciabatta we pack alongside.

Then build the rest of the table. One dip, one salad, one carb and one dessert, enough for four to six people. If you ask me, Sticky Toffee Pudding is the only correct way to end this meal. I am biased, of course. It is our best-selling dessert of all time.
