Oooh-la-la! An American classic made with the best quality chocolate paired with a traditional French caramel recipe. This brownie is our best-selling brownie for a reason. Let's first talk about the brownie - you get a silky smooth bite with a beguiling chocolatey body (we do that on purpose of course!). It is the type of brownie that will have you vibin’ in no time, thanks to the couverture chocolate of West African terrior and containing a minimum of 70% cacao! The caramel is made in the traditional French way of making caramel, resulting in a deeply luscious, thick sauce with a healthy dose of sea salt. Slab both these together and you get this luscious dessert that is great straight outta the fridge or warmed lightly in the microwave. At All Things Delicious, we love anything sticky! You should know by now! 😉 The Sea Salt Caramel brownie is no exception. Made with your favourite brownie topped with sea salt caramel! It really takes time to make the sea salt caramel. And it requires constant attention too. Like the witches in Macbeth, the chefs carefully stir the cauldron of burning sugar being extremely careful not to get splattered with even a single drop of lava-hot molten sugar.
