Frequently asked questions

Is the Teachers' Day range halal certified?

Yes. Everything in our Teachers' Day range is MUIS halal certified and made in our own halal kitchen, so you can thank a whole staff room of every background with confidence.

When is Teachers' Day in Singapore in 2026, and by when should I order?

Teachers' Day falls on Friday, 4 September 2026 — the final day of Term 3 — and schools usually hold their celebrations the day before, on Thursday, 3 September (often with an early dismissal). To be sure everything arrives in time, we'd suggest ordering by 1 September at the latest. Need it sooner? A selection is available same-day via ATD Express.

What gifts do you have to thank an individual teacher?

There are Teachers' Day gift packs made for a single thank-you — the Cookie Gift Pouch, Chocolate Cornflakes Gift Pack, Slice Cake Gift Pack, Mini Cupcakes, the Best Teacher Care Pack and the Appreciation Box. See each product page for what's inside.

What works for a whole staff room or class to share?

For a group, our sharing party boxes and platters scale up nicely — Muffin, Scone, Slice Cake and Bombolinis Party Boxes of 18, Mini Fruit Tarts and Frittata Brioche Sliders — plus Individual Refreshment and Tea Time boxes packed one per person.

Can schools or parent groups order in bulk, and can gifts be individually packed?

Yes — see our Bulk Orders page for larger quantities. Many treats come individually packed, which makes them easy to hand out, and our custom branding service can add a school or PTA logo.

Do you have vegetarian or dietary-friendly options for Teachers' Day?

Yes — options like the vegetarian Focaccia Pizza Snack Box, scones and fruit tarts. Check the dietary labels and the 'About Allergens' tab on each product page, or get in touch and we'll help you choose.

What are your delivery charges, and is there a minimum order?

There's no minimum order. Delivery is $8.90 up to $250 and free above $250; orders under $60 carry a $29.90 charge. Pickup is free at 34 Arab Street.

Can you deliver the gifts to the school directly?

Yes — we deliver islandwide and can send to the school on your behalf, to reception or a designated drop-off point. Sending to several teachers or classes? We can handle that too.

How should I keep the treats fresh until Teachers' Day?

Everything is made fresh to order and best enjoyed within a couple of hours of delivery, while sealed cookies keep for longer. Choose a delivery time to line up with the day, and see the 'Storage and Serving tips' tab on each product page.
