Introducing the All Things Delicious’ Ondeh Ondeh cake. A square cake with layers of deliciousness, you will be enthralled by its beautiful and natural pandan fragrance. As with all items made by ATD, the Ondeh Ondeh Cake does not contain any artificial colours or flavours. All of our cakes are made with unrefined sugar and cage-free eggs too! The Ondeh Ondeh Cake is made with layers of pandan sponge, coconut mousse, gula melaka cremeux and desiccated coconut. Best served chilled. Not just another ondeh-ondeh Cake! Ondeh-ondeh is a Malay kuih of poached glutinous rice balls rolled in desiccated coconut and stuffed with melted gula Melaka. This All Things Delicious Ondeh Ondeh Cake is a gorgeous square cake inspired by the original Malay kuih and using only natural flavours and colours. Made of delicious and light pandan sponge in between layers of coconut cremeux and gula melaka soaked dessicated coconut. A perfect afternoon treat and makes a great birthday cake for pandan and coconut lovers. It’s light, sweet and absolutely scrumptious.
