This is the Deluxe box, so the fillings are the three I am proudest of. Prawn & Avocado Banh Mi with pickled daikon and carrot, mint and coriander. Roast Beef with Caramelised Onions & Emmental and a good swipe of Dijonnaise. Smoked Salmon with Cucumbers & Dill Cream Cheese, pickled shallots and capers. You choose a flavour for each set of twelve, so take all three or double up on the one you love.

Everything goes into our ciabatta, baked fresh, soft in the middle with enough crust to hold together through a long event. No soggy corners. I check.
