Assorted Vegetarian Finger Sandwiches - Light (For 12-16 Persons)
These sandwiches are perfectly light. They make lovely refreshments in between seminars or workshops. They are light enough that you can eat other foods but they are delicious enough to keep the most discerning participant satisfied! We have been told more than a few times that these apparently simple sandwiches were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
Our sandwiches are made using freshly-baked ciabatta bread–it is soft on the inside and a little crusty on the outside. It is a hardworking bread and stays presentable and in shape, with no chance of things getting soggy. I find our ciabatta to be the ideal canvas for all our sandwiches! I love eating it on its own too!
These sandwiches are also wonderful for children's parties, when you want to keep the options easy. I've been there–trying to please 20+ screaming children with something simple but satiating. Granted, some will toss out the greens but some of these kids will simply enjoy these sandwiches as they are!
