I would normally start off with my favourite one, but on this occasion, I find myself a little undecided. Can I say that I love them all equally? Nope I will not, but I will say this: I enjoyed them all! They are quite different from one another and I love being delighted with each bite!

Firstly let’s talk about the snowskin. My preference has always been snowskin mooncakes (vs baked) because I love the chewy texture from glutinous rice. The toasted glutinous rice powder is mixed with extra virgin olive oil to form a lovely, soft and mochi-like texture. And just so you know, we do not use any artificial colours or flavours, so these are all natural! And they are vegetarian mooncakes too.
