Orders above $400 are delivered FREE.
For order between $80 and $400 the delivery costs are $10 (+GTS).
For orders below $80 the delivery costs are $20 (+GST).
You can select the delivery option when placing your online order. Our delivery hours are 8am till 8pm on weekdays and 9am till 8pm on weekends. Delivery outside of these hours will attract a surcharge. During festive seasons, peak delivery fee will be increased with $10 (+GST).
Our delivery is handled by specialized third party delivery companies who deliver food within an hour of pickup from our store. This ensures that the item reaches you in optimum condition.
While non-perishable goods can be stored in warehouses and delivered according to the convenience of the logistics companies, all our items are freshly prepared and dispatched to reach the customer within one hour of pickup. Unlike food delivery companies like Food Panda/Deliveroo/Grab who use motorcycle riders/bikers etc, our delivery is done using cars and vans which ensures that the cake is handled with care.
We accept cancellations only if we are notified at least 3 working days before the pick up/delivery date. While we do not encourage cancellations, we do know that sometimes plans change. If you really have to cancel your order, please note that we can only credit your refunds into your Delicious Dollars account. You then have up to 6 months to use the Delicious Dollars. If you do not have a Delicious Dollars account, the account will be created to facilitate the refund. More information on Delicious Dollars can be found here.
For postponement of orders, please call or email us at least 3 working days prior to the original pick up/delivery date. We are unable to accede to any last-minute change of date.
Our cakes are based on size. Different cakes weigh differently even if they are the same size.
Most of our cakes come in 7”, 8”, 9” and 12” sizes.

All of our cakes are generally made less sweet and have a balanced taste. Hence we are unable to change our recipes as it will affect the quality and outcome of the cake.
We do not have any cakes which are eggless, suitable for diabetics or vegan.
We make hand-crafted cakes with pride containing only the best ingredients without any artificial colouring or artificial flavouring. We use European lactic butter, unrefined sugar and free-range eggs.

During peak seasons such as Christmas, CNY and Hari Raya, we are unable to do any design customisation on our cakes.
Our cakes can be kept chilled. Do remove them from the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Most of our cakes are best served at room temperature.
Cake keeps fresh for up to 2 days in the fridge. We recommend that you cling wrap the whole cake box completely to maintain its freshness and to prevent it from drying up or absorbing any fridge smell.
Our cakes are best consumed on the day of purchase. If need be, store the leftover cake in air-tight containers for up to two days in the fridge.
