What size cake works best for you depends on how many people and what kind of event it's for.

Cake is usually served in bigger portions at birthday parties or as a dessert. Buffets usually offer smaller portions.

Our cake sizes can vary since they're handmade.

Keep the Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Cake chilled and remove from fridge 30 minutes to an hour before serving. The cake is best served at room temperature. This cake keeps fresh for up to 2 days in the fridge. Store leftover cake in air-tight containers for up to two days in the fridge.

And…..Oooh, la la!
Hahaha, as much as this is a serious and dark chocolate cake, it contains the naughty, sexy, enfant terrible, the sea salt caramel - made in the traditional French way with our unrefined sugar and the finest sea salt. Dark chocolate sponge cakes lay snugly between lashings of caramel and chocolate ganache.
Do you know that the term “ganache” is used to describe a chocolate filling inside a cake or candy? Legend has it that a young French student poured hot cream onto chunks of pure chocolate by mistake. His chef called him a ganache (meaning moron in old french) but the result turned out to be fantastic, and the ganache became a classic!
Oh yeeeessssss! I know (knew) of some people who do not like caramel. I have since unfriended them. Because you need to be surrounded by positive people y’all and all this toxicity against caramel just ain’t good for ya!

Ordered as previous reviews were promising. So glad it lived up to the expectation. It was rich and chocolatey, and the salted caramel was generous without being too sweet. Cake was a hit - seconds all round! Didn’t last very long
