Not one but two of our juicy, sweet and tender Roast Organic Kampung Chicken! This spatchcock roast is made using certified organic kampung chicken, raised in a stress-free and climate-controlled environment and free from hormones or antibiotics. The chickens are slow-grown for well over 70 days and fed with a special diet which includes enzymes from pineapples, making them healthier and have a sweeter and more succulent flesh! We love such things here at All Things Delicious! The second half of the job is the marination. Our chefs slather the bird in a peppery lemongrass ginger concoction, overnight for maximum absorption. You will absolutely love the familiar flavours dancing in your mouth! We include a small tub of achar (lightly pickled, local-style vegetables) and dipping sauce and together, I really think they work beautifully!

“Best chicken I’ve had all year”

This was a huge hit at my Christmas party, with one of my guests raving that it might just be the best roast chicken he’s tasted all year. The chicken was tender, juicy, delicious and it comes with a generous amount of beautifully roasted potatoes, parsnips, etc. Both were so good that I can’t even decide which flavour I prefer, but I appreciated having a non-spicy option that I could use to feed my toddler.
