I love paneer. The first time I tasted Palak Paneer (a North Indian dish of pureed spinach and paneer cubes, trust me bro, it tastes better than it sounds), I was blown away! So bouncy, creamy and light at the same time. I even tried making paneer myself at home, it was a success but a tad tedious.

Paneer is like a compressed cottage cheese. It's a great source of protein and calcium. We mix it into a wonderfully creamy and buttery tomato curry.

It comes along with some cucumber raita, caramelised peppers, tomato relish and crunchy little chickpea puffs. Overall this is a great vegetarian rice bowl where you won't miss the meat at all!
