The Ondeh Ondeh Cake is made with layers of pandan sponge, coconut mousse, gula melaka cremeux and desiccated coconut. Best served chilled. Not just another ondeh-ondeh Cake! Ondeh-ondeh is a Malay kuih of poached glutinous rice balls rolled in desiccated coconut and stuffed with melted gula Melaka. This All Things Delicious Ondeh Ondeh Cake is a gorgeous square cake inspired by the original Malay kuih and using only natural flavours and colours. Made of delicious and light pandan sponge in between layers of coconut cremeux and gula melaka soaked dessicated coconut. A perfect afternoon treat and makes a great birthday cake for pandan and coconut lovers. It’s light, sweet and absolutely scrumptious.

moist and smells really great!

The cake was really fragrant and taste real good. It was moist and not overly sweet.
The only downside is it does fall apart easily.
However overall would say it I would buy it again.
