Individual Refreshment Box (with Quiche)
I think I may have mentioned this before but I find quiches to be a very genteel food, even more so than finger sandwiches at Buckingham Palace.
Because quiches could easily be just an omelette but the French decided to put the omelette in a buttery pastry shell and we are here for it!
Just so you know our rich egg custard used to make our quiches and frittatas are always made with cage-free eggs and the freshest herbs and fillings. Quality like this is important to me.
