This combination menu is a great choice to celebrate the Chinese New Year with a captivating line-up of mouthwatering reunion lunch or dinner complete with dessert!

Our HUAT Reunion Set are good for 8-10 persons and come with:

• 1 x Prosperity Poké Yu Sheng - Tradition with a twist! Start your CNY reunion with this Hawaiian-inspired Salmon Poké Yu Sheng.

• 1 x Mini Sub Sandwiches (Box of 12) - Time to get the party started with these All Things Delicious mini submarine sandwiches! Small but delicious, chomp them up in 2-3 bites and have another go! Parties are incomplete without these little seafood subs!
  
  Choose from either Crab Aioli, made of real crab claw meat or Prawn Banh Mi, with fresh herbs and pickled carrots. Great for office parties or have them at home when you have guests over. Fuss-free and easy!

  • Chilli Prawns & Pineapple Cocktail - A vibrant and zesty dish that combines succulent prawns sautéed in a spicy chili sauce with the sweet, tangy flavor of fresh pineapple. This dish offers a delightful contrast of sweet and spicy flavors, making it an exciting and tropical appetizer.
  • Sticky Beef Meatballs with Sesame - These sweet and sticky meatballs are made with fresh, ground beef on skewers in a cup! Talk about fancy! Each meatball is cooked to perfection and enrobed in a delightfully sticky and sweet sauce. You and your guests will be popping these in!

  • Dragon Eyes Tart - These are made with 龙眼 Long Yan, which is Chinese for dragon eye aka longan. Sweet and delicious, these dragon eyes, with a touch of 24k gold, are accompanied with our vibrant mango creme filling. Definitely a feast for the eyes and the sweet tooth!
  • Lychee Strawberry Mini Fruit Tart - It's no surprise that lychee and strawberry are two fruits that go together so well. Topped with fresh strawberries, the sweet and delicate taste of the lychees and cream will leave you wanting more.
• 1 x Sesame Balls - CNY Specials (Box of 12) - 

  These golden and chewy treats, made from glutinous rice flour, are coated in sesame seeds and deep-fried until puffed and crispy.

  Inside, you'll find a sweet red bean paste filling, which is smooth and slightly earthy, perfectly complementing the nutty, sesame exterior. These delightful traditional snack is perfect for CNY, offering a satisfying contrast between the crunchy outer layer and its soft, sweet centre.
