Shortbread is a traditional Scottish biscuit and is made with a high amount of butter! Hence the quality of butter used is extremely important! Thanks to the European lactic butter used, we are very proud of our shortbread cookies! The Chocolate Almond Shortbread Cookie is definitely something you could eat anytime, any season with its crumbly and crisp texture.
