Cold Truffle Angel Hair Pasta - In Cups (Box of 12) (Vegan)
I love cold dishes, salads, cold tofu, cold soups, even cold leftover pizza, directly from the fridge (cue my hubby giving me dirty looks). And these cups of angel hair pasta is a fabulous cold appetiser.
The items inside each cup are completely satisfying eaten together. I love the rocket leaves, giving some peppery notes, and then the sautéed mushrooms for some umami and savouriness, and of course perfectly cooked angel hair pasta drench in Italian truffle olive oil. Love, love, love the fragrance! I mean if you are like me and love the smell of petrol, then it’s very likely that you will love the smell of truffles too!
