I find these to be a great complete breakfast. Like one full sandwich and I am quite good till lunchtime. I am not a breakfast person so something like this will easily fill me up. Frittatas are rich egg custards that are cooked along with herbs, cheeses and also meat. While a French omelette has toppings sprinkled on top of it, the frittata has the accompaniments mixed together with the egg custard. Subtle difference. These frittatas come sandwiched between our handmade buttered and toasted baby brioche buns (love calling them our BBBs). Choose from the fantastic varieties: Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Feta - love this combo with eggs, hard to go wrong with this one. Caramelised Onion & Cheddar - my personal favourite, it's just so comforting. Roasted Peppers & Parmesan - this is so so good! I don't know why but it reminds me a little of pizza but don't take my weird tastebuds too seriously I strongly suggest that you add the turkey ham with this if you want an even more satisfying seminar or team breakfast.
