Berry Financier (Box of 12)
Financiers are small, little French tea cakes. The reason they are small is because these are, quite frankly, flavour b*mbs!
The batter is made up of mostly ground almonds. We pair that with gently browned French butter (aka beurre noisette) and a handful of other ingredients and you get this rich, petit-four, perfect for "lining the stomach" in between meal times, anytime.
I personally love the addition of fresh berries as they offer a lovely fruity tanginess that I adore! Tea time never tasted this good!
