These are my new FAVOURITE! Oh so goooood! I really, really absolutely love it when Granny Smith apples gets cooked and put into a dessert! It's just one of those things I truly adore. I love the tart and fresh flavours of the apple when they caramelised, it's some kind of magic! And that's how we prepare the pieces of apples, gently cooked with a dash of cinnamon until gorgeous. We stuff the choux with our whipped mascarpone and then the apples, making an exceptional tea time! Trust me on this!
