Best tasting pasta even when it's not warm

Overall good flavour but a little dry...

Good portion size and timely delivery but my guests and I found the pasta a little too dry. The addition of the mushrooms was a good touch and overall flavour was good, but still the overall dryness couldn't be ignored. Anyway, I have another order already placed for delivery today (both orders placed at around the same time for 2 separate events) and hopefully this batch is better... but this time I'm standing by my olive oil, parsley and cheese to ramp it up.
