The dreamy and delicious Chocolate Pistachio Cake, is straight out of a story book set in an enchanted forest! Covered in dark ganache and topped with a gingerbread house! How about that for a magical Christmas centrepiece!

The gingerbread house has been made lovingly and piped by hand by our cake artisans (aka Christmas Elves), so each house is unique. The cake is made with layers of our pistachio sponge and our rich devil’s chocolate cake, filled with streaks of pistachio praline, such a great combination!

Get the kids super excited the moment they lay eyes on this cake! But wait till they taste it! This cake will definitely be a show-stopper for your Christmas table–it's both beautiful and delicious!

I am very proud of the team work in creating this masterpiece! And I especially love building and placing the gingerbread house right on the centre of the cake! So satisfying!
