Roast Organic Kampung Chicken - Juicy, sweet and tender Organic Roast Kampung Chicken! This spatchcock roast is made using certified organic kampung chicken, raised in a stress-free and climate-controlled environment and free from hormones or antibiotics. The chickens are slow-grown for well over 70 days and fed with a special diet which includes enzymes from pineapples, making them healthier and have a sweeter and more succulent flesh! We love such things here at All Things Delicious!

Our chefs marinated it with a peppery Lemongrass Ginger concoction. You will absolutely love the familiar flavours dancing in your mouth! Comes complete with achar (lightly pickled, local-style vegetables) and dipping sauce.

Gochujang Beef Shepherd’s Pie - An Asian twist to the classic! Minced beef jazzed up with a sweet/spicy gochujang sauce. Gochujang is a Korean spice paste with sweetness from its fermentation. It is not very spicy. Topped with beta-carotene-rich sweet potato for extra flavour and nutrients!

Coriander Pesto Prawns with Caramelised Chillis Pasta Tray - These pasta trays are fabulous to feed a group of hungry mouths! Coriander, the herb, our founder, Mel, is so partial to! She crushed some into pesto one day, with extra virgin olive oil, toasted almonds, parmesan, some garlic and a little bit of red chilli and voila! A keeper of a pesto that we serve at the café daily. Succulent prawns are tossed in because who could resist seafood + coriander!
