At the All Things Delicious test kitchen, we take the time to really perfect a recipe before it gets approved for sale. And this brownie took a particularly long time to create. But after months of torture, of going back to square one, of testing chocolate after chocolate, we finally found ourselves a brownie that we are satisfied with.

Underneath the crackly, crusty top lies the smoothest, silkiest and most beguiling chocolatey 'body'. This brownie took a particularly long time to create.

There are brownies and then there's our Crackly Top Brownie. This delightful chocolate treats for the afternoon or even for breakfast, the crackly top brownie fulfils all your sweet cravings with just one bite! Neither cakey nor fudgy, our brownie sits comfortably in between. For once, it is ok to sit on fence!

Perfectly Delicious Brownie!

This brownie is super super super yummy!!! All of us love it. We made some fresh cream to go with it. The sweetness and richness and texture is perfect!!
