Granny Smith apple slices are encrusted perfectly in a buttery casing and then brushed with melted butter and a sprinkling of unrefined sugar!

I love the combination of tart apples, crisp sugar and the buttery base, it’s simply magical!

These rustic, hand shaped tarts are made without eggs, so they are perfect for those on a vegetarian diet.
