Roast beef was delicious and tender and request to fully slice thd roast beef was followed. The roasted vegs and potatoes were reslly yummy too... well worth it for this price!

We simply can’t imagine Christmas lunch without it. The beef is always tender, perfectly cooked, and full of deep, rich flavour. Pairs beautifully with the sweet heritage carrots, vine-ripened tomatoes, and potatoes. Generous in portion, it easily satisfies our family of eight. One of the things that we really look forward to every Christmas!

Extremely disappointed and let down by this sorry excuse for Christmas lunch - portions were barely enough for 3 adults and 1 child, roast beef was overcooked, and we had to ration out the potatoes and sprouts so everyone could get at least 3 pieces of each. This would have been embarrassing to serve as a host, and was ridiculous as a Christmas lunch. Whoever thought this was appropriate to send out at this price point should be ashamed. None of the veg had any browning on it, so claiming these are roasted is quite frankly absurd. To add insult to injury, the order arrived 10-15 mins after the 2 hour window specified, with no contact from delivery person or the service team despite me reaching out on WhatsApp to check on the delivery progress. I would ask for a refund but I don't want to break their streak of no contact with customers when providing food as a service. I still haven't received a response to my WhatsApp message 4 whole days after Christmas. I won't be ordering from their online store again and I probably will stop frequenting their restaurant as this whole experience on such an important day has turned me off their brand completely.
