No mess, everything's sliced and decorated neatly for you and everyone gets and equal-sized piece. One per guest, no cake knife, no negotiations.
They look adorable lined up on a platter, and they travel well to every Christmas party on your calendar.But let me just say that these mini chocolate log cakes are incredibly chocolatey and moist, ach with a silky chocolate cremeux. I love the touch of red from the little raspberry on top. You will find that these will finish very quickly so ensure you portion at least one piece per person. I repeat, do not under-order.
