Earl Grey Strawberry Log Cake
I drink a lot of Earl Grey, so it was only a matter of time before it ended up in a log cake. Fragrant bergamot sponge rolled up with sweet strawberries. It tastes like an afternoon tea that dressed up for Christmas.
Dreamy chatilly cream is our preferred filling, and we also pipe in some pretty amazing housemade berry jam and lemon curd for contrast and drama. Our new log cake for Christmas 2026, and the one I'd pick for anyone who prefers something lighter than chocolate.
