A lighter version of my original recipe, which was printed in The Straits Times in December 2015! A rich, decadent fruit cake, without the alcohol.

It is still made with all the good things such as apricots, cranberries, sultanas, raisins and more. With a moist almond cake to hold everything together, this is one solid fruit cake!
Topped with a beautiful passionfruit drizzle and sprinkled with dried flower petals, this petite loaf of Christmas Fruit Cake is a taste of tradition with a twist. Packed in our limited edition Christmas Gift Slide Box.

Fruit cakes are one of my favourite festive items! They will always remind me of Christmas and the buzz in the kitchen during that time of year when we get really busy.

The taste is simply delicious and the fruit cake is well done and moist inside. One of the better fruit cake that I have tasted.
