This dark chocolate cake really is a chocolate pudding in disguise. I mean, its texture is undeniably softer and denser than the average cake - but on average this cake is not!
Made without any flour, this gluten-free cake is covered in a gorgeous, shiny chocolate glaze and makes a romantic gift, with all the in-bloom edible flowers and juicy berries lounging around suggestively on top of the cake. Just look at them! Utterly provocative berries with no shame at all.
We all know someone who is perfect for this cake (or is it vice versa?).
