A Chinese New Year edition of ATD’s sublime tarts. I simply love these tarts!

These are made with 龙眼 Long Yan, which is Chinese for dragon eye aka longan. Sweet and delicious, these dragon eyes, with a touch of 24k gold, are accompanied with our vibrant mango creme filling. The marriage between the rich, mango filling with the chewy longan is definitely bliss from the first bite.
