This is a great lunch option for sandwich lovers. I've mentioned it before that at All Things Delicious, we take our sandwiches very seriously!

Our sandwiches are made using freshly-baked ciabatta bread–it is soft on the inside and a little crusty on the outside. It is a hardworking bread and stays presentable and in shape, with no chance of things getting all soggy. I find our ciabatta to be the ideal canvas for all our sandwiches!

There are so many to choose from but my two absolute favourites are our Prawn & Avocado Banh Mi and the Roasted Pumpkin with Caramelised Onion and Cheddar.

Here's a quick breakdown of each sandwich:
Sautéed Mushrooms with Baby Spinach & Emmental (V) - a lovely vegetarian sandwich for mushroom lovers, with added protein (and vitamins and minerals) from the baby spinach leaves. Emmental and mushrooms to me are a lip-smacking pair!

Gilled Aubergine with Pickled Beetroot & Feta (V) - I love all things aubergine–smoked and mashed up into dips, poached in my mum's Asam Pedas (a Malay tamarind curry) and simply grilled like in this sandwich! I once read a book about eating right according to your blood type. The book says that vegetables such as aubergines are not good for my blood type. Not surprisingly, I tossed that book aside. Love this sandwich btw!

Roasted Pumpkin with Caramelised Onion & Cheddar (V) - I sometimes crave this sandwich. I've always loved roasted pumpkin but combine that with all the other good things in this sandwich, including a crispy tau pok, fresh vegetables and an amazing sandwich spread (not mayo) and all is good!

Chicken Tikka with Coriander Pesto & Brie - Featuring our 12-hour marinated chicken tikka, with ciabatta slathered with our coriander pesto, this sandwich is one that keeps on giving. I think it's because chunky mango chutney, love biting into it! And brie is surprisingly beautiful here.

Chicken Sriracha with Carrot Slaw & Cheddar - our brined (read tender) chicken breast gets tossed in a spicy sriracha mayo and topped with house pickled julienned carrots, along with fresh vegetables. Some people will order this sandwich and this sandwich only.

Roast Chicken with Sautéed Mushrooms & Brie - I don't think I need to type too many things about this sandwich, the names says it all. This sandwich is a safe option.

Roast Chicken with Avocado & Emmental - AS with the sandwich above, another safe option. Now when I say safe, doesn't mean it's boring, ok. These sandwiches are full of flavour and textural contrasts, that is why they remain very popular!

Smoked Salmon with Cucumbers & Dill Cream Cheese - love these classic pairings: crunchy cucumbers, salty smoked salmon, some sweetness and sharpness from our house-pickled shallots and capers. All brought together with the lovely creaminess from the cream cheese with fresh dill weed.

Crab Aioli with Emmental - Like the Chicken Sriracha Sandwich, this crab sandwich has a legion of its own fans who simply refuse to try our other sandwiches. Maybe they love the contrast between the sharp emmental cheese and the sweet crab, made of real crab claw meat btw, mixed with creamy aioli.

Roast Beef with Caramelised Onions & Emmental - another classic combo, we include some slices of pickled baby cucumbers and give the two breads some TLC with a gorgeous Dijonnaise spread. So actually this would be my third favourite sandwich.

Prawn & Avocado Banh Mi - Saving the best for last! This sandwich is so refreshing with juicy sweet prawns and the freshest herbs (mint and coriander). The pickled daikon and carrots add so much vibrancy to this slightly spicy, Vietnamese inspired sandwich. Avocadoes lend their rich creaminess that just works here!
