Pretty looks

The mini Bundts looked very pretty to look at. Festive theme fulfilled. The taste was that of a steamed pudding. The marshmallow topping was a tad too sweet. 2-3 of them melted on arrival due to delivery issues. I would have liked a moist cake like texture Bundt instead of a steamed version. I overcame the sweetness and overall by adding a dollop of cream and custard sauce.
