Inspired by the light and uplifting strokes of water colour. Each cake will be uniquely different, made with strokes of pink and yellow buttercream. The cake itself is made up of layers of vanilla genoise and housemade passionfruit and mango curd, so fragrant and super irresistible!

In between the layers we’ve used Valrhona Almond ganache for an out-of-this-world combination.

About Passionfruit Mango Watercolour Cake

We have a feeling that this cake is gonna hit you in all the right spots! Especially if you’re the type who loves a fruity flavour and light cakes. Only pure passionfruit and mango puree is used to make our curds, yes we make all our curds in house. The cake itself is our genoise vanilla sponge, quite different from chiffon cakes. If we’re honest, it is because we like a little bite in our cakes and don’t want it to disappear in our mouths too quickly. But we think you will enjoy it!

All Things Delicious serves halal-certified cakes and food at their restaurant and bakery at Arab Street. We make hand-crafted cakes with pride containing only the best ingredients without any artificial colouring or artificial flavouring. We use European lactic butter, unrefined sugar and free-range eggs. #welovewedoweeat

Best Served

Keep the Passionfruit Mango Watercolour Cake chilled and remove from fridge at least 30 minutes before serving. The cake is best served at room temperature. This cake keeps fresh for up to 2 days in the fridge. Store leftover cake in air-tight containers for up to two days in the fridge.
