We always get called up to make this cake for events commemorating Singapore’s birthday!

Whether you’re celebrating in the office, or you’re throwing a party overlooking the fireworks, this is the cake to have!

In its full glory, it is two tiers of cake: the bottom being the Gula Melaka Cake and top tier the Raspberry Ripple Cake. Both are our best sellers and are definite crowd pleasers!

  • * Singapoura, oh Singapoura…..sunny island set in the sea! * I can hear this melody every time we whip this cake out!
    A beautiful, two-tier cake of red and white with five stars and one crescent moon! First created for Singapore’s SG50 birthday, this design has been much requested by customers for many different celebrations from birthday bashes to surprise anniversaries.
    Our customers can’t seem to get enough of this cake! And we can see why! The top tier is made of Raspberry Ripple Cake, a classic ice-cream “potong” flavour (which is my grandma’s favourite btw). Swirls of pure raspberry puree in a rich butter cake. So that’s the top tier. The bottom tier is made with our best-selling Gula Melaka Cake! Oooh, with cake layers brushed with our decadent gula melaka sauce. The whole thing gets enveloped in the classic white vanilla swiss-meringue buttercream and topped with glistening strawberries.
    What is not to like?

    All Things Delicious serves halal-certified cakes and food at their restaurant and bakery at Arab Street. We make hand-crafted cakes with pride containing only the best ingredients without any artificial colouring or artificial flavouring. We use European lactic butter, unrefined sugar and free-range eggs.
  • MILK, SOY and WHEAT
    This cake is made in a facility that also handles dairy, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy and other tree nuts.
  • Keep the Singapura Cake chilled and remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving. The cake is best served at room temperature. This cake keeps fresh for up to 2 days in the fridge. Store leftover cake in air-tight containers for up to two days in the fridge.
