This bundle consists of:
- 2 pcs of slow-cooked Lamb Shanks in a rich tomato gravy and pan-fried aubergine.
- 2 pcs of Confit Duck Legs, cooked till tender and served on a bed of lentils.
- 1 Roast Spring Chicken, choose from Harissa-lemon or Dijon-thyme.
- 1 jar of Chicken Liver Pâté with Crostini, made of nutrient-rich fresh chicken livers.
- 1 Colourful Pasta Salad with peppers, tomatoes, gut-friendly pickled beetroot and feta cheese.
- 1 Pumpkin Gratin, a rich and comforting gratin with brie.

The lamb shanks have been cooked till soft and delicious in a rich sweet and savoury tomato sauce with mild North African spices like cumin and paprika. The duck confit is gently cooked with aromatics and goes wonderfully with al dente lentils. You may choose from either of two marinades for the spring chicken which is stuffed with vegetables and roasted to perfection.
Spoil dad even further with our house-made chicken liver pate and you can easily turn them into fancy canapes with the crostinis provided. Otherwise, just dip and go! To accompany this meal, dad can also have a healthy pasta salad with lots of colourful vegetables with our housemade-dressing on the side. And last but not least, the pumpkin gratin; is all melty, creamy and full of deliciousness.
