The name says it all I suppose. We were in two minds as to whether to call this cake Cookies & Cream or straight up and simple: Oreo Cake. I guess it sounded more flirtatious and not as childish when called Cookies & Cream. But childish cake this is not! We get requests for this cake for people of all ages - I guess it's a universally loved flavour that people have grown up with! Real Oreo cookies have been used to make this cake and it is decorated with a shiny chocolate glaze and little Oreo buttercream pearls on its edge! Pretty and delicious!
