About Chocolate Crunch Ombre Cake
We use two types of chocolate cakes in our bakery, a light chocolate sponge and a dark chocolate sponge. This cake is made with a dark chocolate sponge. Its virtues include being able to take on other rich flavour profiles without bowing down its bold, cocoa-licious flavour. In between the chocolate cake are layers of hazelnut feilletine praline - so good to bite into something sweet and crunchy! This cake has a beautiful ombre effect and decorated with little rosettes of buttercream. Wonderful for all kinds of celebrations!

Keep the Chocolate Crunch Ombre Cake chilled and remove from fridge at least 30 minutes before serving. The cake is best served at room temperature. This cake keeps fresh for up to 2 days in the fridge. Always store cake in air-tight containers or well cling-wrapped to protect from drying out.
