These tarts are a labour of love. And we cannot do it too often so it is only available at certain times of the year. It takes long hours and intricate handwork and we do not want to start resenting the Pineapple Tarts do we? So thank you for your understanding, we cannot make it all year long.
In my family, the Pineapple Tart is quite sacred. My mum only just let me in on her Pineapple Tart secrets just a few years ago, until she thought I deserved it! It’s true isn’t it? The Pineapple Tart is so sacred in our culture that we each have our own secret family recipe, we love the auntie who make the best pineapple tart a little more than the other aunties, yes Pineapple Tart makes us biased to the core!
All Things Delicious serves halal-certified cookies, including eggless cookies and vegetarian cookies, cult-status scones, birthday cakes, classic cakes and wholesome food at their restaurant and bakery at 34 Arab Street. We make hand-crafted cookies and bake them fresh to order with pride containing only the best ingredients without any artificial colouring or artificial flavouring. We use European lactic butter, unrefined sugar and cage-free eggs. #welovewedoweeat

Best Served
The Pineapple Tart can be kept in container for 2 months from production date. Once open, best consumed immediately. Always store cookies in air-tight containers awaay from heat or direct sunlight.
