About Ondeh Ondeh Cake
Not just another ondeh-ondeh Cake! Ondeh-ondeh is a Malay kuih of poached glutinous rice balls rolled in desiccated coconut and stuffed with melted gula Melaka. This All Things Delicious Ondeh Ondeh Cake is a gorgeous square cake inspired by the original Malay kuih and using only natural flavours and colours. Made of delicious and light pandan sponge in between layers of coconut cremeux and gula melaka soaked dessicated coconut.
