Prosperity Poké Yu Sheng - Made with all-natural ingredients, starting with our Hawaiian-inspired sashimi-grade raw Salmon Poké. In addition to spiralized carrots and radish, this yusheng includes fresh mangoes, pomelo, pomegranate seeds, and an amazing housemade sesame dressing. Ours is tradition with a twist - HUAT AH!

Gojuchang-glazed Norwegian Salmon Fillet - This salmon fillet is marinated in a spicy gojuchang sauce sweetened with some honey before being broiled till just right. It sits beautifully atop some steamed baby bak choy for some extra vitamins!

Sweet and Sour Singapore Barramundi - Somehow we can never get enough of sweet and sour sauce, especially when tossed with juicy pineapples, sweet peppers, cucumbers and red onions. Ours is made with locally farmed barramundi for the freshest taste!

Fried Rice with Smoked Duck - This is not your ordinary egg-fried rice. With plenty of garlic to compliment the smokiness of the duck, it is Chinese New Year after all! Garnished with scallion and fried shallots, because everything is great when there's fried shallots!

Japchae Noodles with Shredded Egg - Love these stringy, sweet potato Korean noodles, especially when fried and tossed with loads of colourful vegetables like peppers, mushrooms, baby spinach and more. The shredded eggs on top makes this a winner!

Stir Fry Veggie with Shitake or Shimeiji - All the vegetables your mum or grandma had told you to eat, in one serving and then some! With goji berries and wood ear mushrooms for added crunch!

Chicken Tikka & Pomelo Pie Tee - 12-hour marinated chicken tikka accompanied by sweet segments of pomelo in a kueh pie tee shell.

Fu White Peach Cake - A soft sponge cake fragranced with orange zest. With peach compote and fresh plum slices to celebrate the beginning of spring. Covered in fresh whipped cream.

Orange-Infused Sugee Cake - Our favourite, your favourite, this cake is EVERYONE'S favourite! On top of that, plenty of ground almonds is added to the batter making this a truly indulgent festive cake.

Sticky Toffee Pudding - A delicate sponge with a caramelly flavour from cooking the Deglet Nour dates, this cake comes with our made-from-scratch toffee sauce (or butterscotch if you prefer) that will have them asking for more!

Bread & Butter Pudding Tray - This has got to be the most comforting dessert of all time! I mean can you imagine saying no to this? Especially when it comes with creme Anglaise (separately) for the pudding to soak in! Dotted with caramelised raisins and scented with a small dose of cinnamon, this tray will disappear in no time!

Toffee Apple Crumble Tray - This dessert is a marriage of tart Granny Smith apples tossed with our signature toffee sauce (yes, the same sauce we serve our Sticky Toffee Pudding with) baked under a crispy, buttery topping with demerara sugar - sounds heavenly, doesn’t it? And….get this, it comes with toffee sauce on the side too, because when it comes to toffee sauce, more is more!
