I insist on always being on friendly terms with carbs like bread, rice and potatoes. I simply cannot help it, it’s in my DNA and all the squats and planks, nope, not in my DNA (though God knows I try). Butter, rosemary and slowly  caramelised onions? They run deep in my veins.
