I’ve been making this dessert at home for so long, it’s my go-to dessert whenever I have company coming.

I mean the appeal of tropical fruits like mangoes and bananas mingling with little plums and then covered and baked with a buttery crispy top is just too hard to resist! Comes with creme Anglaise on the side for a lip-smacking finish.
