Hahahah, as much as this is a serious and dark chocolate cake, it contains the naughty, sexy, enfant terrible, the sea salt caramel - made in the traditional French way with our organic unrefined sugar.

Oh yeeeessssss! I know (knew) of some people who do not like caramel. I have since unfriended them. Because you need to be surrounded by positive people y’all and all this toxicity against caramel just ain’t good for ya!

  • This chocolate cake is one of the top-selling cakes at All Things Delicious. The caramel is made from scratch by our chefs, with unrefined sugar and sea salt. Dark chocolate sponges layered in between caramel and ganache.

    The term “ganache” is used to describe a chocolate filling inside a cake or candy. The legend says it comes from a young French student mistakingly pouring hot cream onto chunks of pure chocolate. His chef called him a ganache (meaning moron in old french) but the result turned out to be fantastic, and ganache became a classic.
    This cake is made in a facility that also handles dairy, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy and other tree nuts.
  • The Sea Salt Chocolate Cake is best served at room temperature. If the cake is stored chilled, remove the cake from the fridge 30 minutes before serving for maximum deliciousness.

    All Things Delicious is a halal-certified restaurant at Arab Street, with a take-away outlet at Guoco Tower in Tanjong Pagar. This cake can be ordered online and is available for both store pickup and delivery.
